Worst aftercare service I have ever experienced. My loan was paid up 2 years ago and all I need from them is a paid up letter. Over a month, more than 10 phonecalls later, absolutely nothing. Hundreds of rands in airtime, emails, I am being ignored. I am beyond desperate and disappointed.
