RUN PEOPLE RUN AWAY FROM DIRECTAXIS THEY DON'T HAVE SERVICE.

DirectAxis as I read all the reviews on hellopeter.com I must say all the people are 100% correct regarding the poor service we received from DirectAxis. Since last week Saturday I am waiting for my settlement, after I have spend almost an hour on the telephone being transferred from one person to another. It seems to me that NO ONE actually knows who is doing what at DirectAxis. So please sort out my problem and supply me with my settlement, you are very quick to blacklist someone if they don't pay, yet you refuse to provide people with their settlement for us to pay u ??? does this make sense to you???
