rude employees

i phoned direct axis today to confirm employment for some one that works there, waited over 20 minutes to get through to some one. i was then transferred through to HR and spoke to some one with the name Marvine boker or something like that, she mentions that she can only confirm the info i have and ask me to confirm the details of the client which i did. when it came to the date the employee gets paid she tells me i musn't get frustrated and i told her i'm asking a question not getting frustrated, she has the nerve to ask for my name and where i'm calling from and my superior as she would like to complain about me instead of being more helpful. Her attitude stinks! i constantly get messages and post from direct axis i want to be removed from your marketing list and i will make sure people know about the type of people working there and how unprofessional and rude they are!
