RUDE, ******* & UNHELPFUL

I called in to settle my account......<br> I was told my capital amount outstanding was R22,280.39.<br> I was then told by Masi Sibozo that my settlement amount was R33,296.38.<br> When I questioned how this was possible he would not explain to me in a way that made any legal or fiscal sense, in fact his answers were so vage and false that I had already began to contact my lawyer and FAIS while on the phone. I then called back in and was told the settle mount was much less actually R22 499.52.<br> I have never in my life been treated so badly by a financial institution in my life!!!!!<br>
