Rude Agent hangs up
One of your advisors Nokhulunga - just phoned me (10:45am) and has no rapport, no time to listen to me, or answer the questions that I ask - she just charges on. And then puts the phone down in my ear! She should not be phoning customers, and definitely not be in sales.
