Rotten to the core
I have never been so happy to get a loan and then after a 2nd loan been so frustrated. This is a BBE wing of Fist Rand. You would think they would be the best. Believe me, they are rotten. You are not allowed to have more then 1 loan account but after asking for a top up they gave me a 2nd one. not a top up to the first. They refuse to except FNB’s pay off of the loan that FNB paid. And to top it all after the FNB payment they still took 2 full payments. And don’t try asking for a statement. its so top secret they cant find it to give it to me!!! But you can see on the banking app how the balance skyrocketed!! Amazing. Believe me, they are above the law!!!
