Robbing the elderly

Good day. After contacting Hello Peter i was contacted by Direct Axis once in last week but unfortunately i was not home as i went to the bank with regard to this issue of DirectAxis. Someone called and i was not in and they spoke to my wife and she said that i was not at home they promised to call back the next day and it has been 5 days and nothing from them. I still need answers of monies that was deducted since 2017 till now even though i have a letter from the bank who states that the account was settled in 2017.
