Rights Violation
I know that I am behind on my Personal Loan. I request DirectAxis numerous times to send me a statement that i will be able to arrange payments to them. They keep sending me back to the third party which I do not deal with. Referring to POPIA I did not consent for them to share this information.
Can senior Management be in contact with me regarding this matter as I believe you have your own collections department.
Emails to accounts and ccdcustreq3 falls on deaf ears.
Like I said I am willing to make payment arrangements directly to DirectAxis not with anyone else!
