Ridiculous run around

<p>I have been trying to get a loan from you guys for 2 weeks now, most times I have had to phone in to find out on progress, Yes I did send an outdated lease which was rectified, there after I was told to send an Addendum letter from the owner to confirm my residential, I ask what is an Addendum letter and was told a letter from the owner confirming my lease with my ID number, this was done now I get told it is no good I need to send an Addendum letter, so I ask please can you send me a sample as when I spoke to the lady yesterday she told me a letter from the owner with the address, my Full name and my ID. I have taken loans with you before no issues, also piad back before due time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please train your staff to give the right info and instruction, I am now going else where since it does not seem that I can get anywhere with DirectAxis and my Land lord is not pleasent to deal with so for me to go back and ask for yet another letter ( of which I do not know what it looks like since you cannot show me a sample) would be an issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks you and good bye.</p>
