Retrenchment cover that doesn't work

I had a loan and entrenched last year in October.Notified direct axis.never skipped instalment till RETRENCHMENT.they handed me over to mbd attorney's.Direct axis deducted from my bank account and mad continues to make demands.Who must I pay?Between mbd and direct axis they must decide.What happened to retrenchment cover.They must remove the cover from my instalment since it doesn't work and secondly tell mbd.to get out of my way.No cent will go to any of them until this is sorted.These companies rip us.This must be looked at closely.All the insurance I paid must come back.This is not fair.
