retrenchment claim declined

I was recently retrenched and because I know my loan has retrenchment cover I submitted a claim. After a month I received a letter from Hollard that it has been declined due to premuims not paid.<br> <br> This is not possible because the Hollard insurance premium is included into my Direct Axis loan installment and I am up to date with my installments.<br> <br> I want Direct Axis to sort out this claim with immediate effect because it is 2 months since I claimed! I phoned direct axis this morining and they confirmed that the retrenchment cover premiums is up to date.
