Reported ***** a more than a month ago, nothing has been done about it

It has now been more than a mont since I reported the *****, this morning I recieved an sms stating that a debit order for the *****ulant loan will be deducted. It seems that when you complain on a public platform you get sincere replies and appoligies for eveyone to see, but out of the public eye nothing is being done, and the victim of the ***** that DirectAxis facilllitated is left with the burden of the dept at a ridiculous intrest rate.
