Reported for R5!
I have phoned Direct Axis regarding them reporting me to the credit bureau for R5 and as a slow payer. I was told that the relevant Dept will contact me and I am still waiting!<br> <br> You blacklisted me for R5 and as a slow payer after the mistake was made on your side with my salary date! Shame on you Direct Axis! I have been a client for at least 6 years and I never missed a payment! When the salary date was changed, I paid the arrears of 1 month.<br> <br> I wanted to consolidate my loans and now I can't because a mistake that wasn't mine and that after 6 years!
