Repayment of Initiation

I have responded to your survey but not had any further contact from yourselves regarding why I did not take up your loan offer. I paid an Initiation Fee for my approved loan which has not been repaid to me. This is quite annoying given that the whole reason I did not take up the loan I was offered and approved for was as a direct result of the call centres complete and utter incompetence and waste of both my time and my Landlord's time with misinformation. Please urgently advise next steps.<br>
