REMOVE MY DEFAULT JUDGMENT-ACC PAID UP ***5

I paid my Clientele Direct Axis account on 17/03/2015 and have even received a confirmation letter stating that my account is paid up and also promised that Default Judgement against my name will be removed - Until now nothing has been done<br> <br> I called HTN Attorneys who informed me that they just assisted with collections but if i need my name removed, only Clientele Direct Axis can assist<br> <br> Then i called Direct Axis and i am told that my account is tagged by their Legal and I should call the Legal Dept. <br> <br> I have been calling legal dept for more than 2 months now and daily but no one answers the phone<br> <br> It was very easy to blacklist me but it is a hassle for them to just answer the damn phone and assist me because i do not owe them anything anymore<br> <br> This is the most pathetic service i have ever received - I am clearing my credit record and will definitely never re-visit Clientele Direct Axis in my life and will also advice my friends and family to do so
