I am writing to express my frustration regarding the persistent receipt of SMSs from your company, despite numerous attempts to opt out of these communications.

My contact number has been subjected to these unsolicited messages despite my repeated requests to cease such communications. I have followed the opt-out procedures outlined in your messages, and yet, the SMSs continue to reach me unabated.

It's important for me to emphasize that I have never utilized your services, nor have I expressed any interest in doing so. Therefore, the ongoing bombardment of promotional messages is not only unwarranted but also highly intrusive.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter to resolve this issue urgently.
