Refusing to restructure my loan

have loan with Direct axis and there were a times where I was struggling to make payments, and I went into areas,I have approached Direct axis regarding restructuring my payment loan , I told them I would like to restructure my loan from paying R500 to R1200 , they still don't assist me but saying I must settle all the amount which is +-75000, and I don't have that amount in full, I want to restructure the loan so that the arreas must be removed and I will be able to clear my credit record, please assist ,I will never apply for their loan,they don't help poor, am trying to sort out my life but you only care about your businesses, not customer ,can I be given option to restructure this loan,I promise I will not ask or borrow money from you again
