Refusing to give me a settlement quotation
I have been trying to get a settlement amount on my account which is on my debt review for 2 weeks now. Literally calling and emailing every single day but always told, "The matter is being escalated and you will get a settlement amount by COB" and still today I am told the same thing and no amount in order to settle. Like seriously, you want your money, and I want to give it to you. What is the problem here?

Even though I would never be a customer of Direct Axis again, I must commend Siphokuhle because he is an absolute legend. I wanted to change to rating of this review but i have no idea how. I would change it to 3/5.
