Refuse to close settled loan
I called on 19 June 2019 to get a settlement quote. On 21 June I settled it. I sent proof of payment and requested closure on my email. On the 25th I called they said it hasn't been closed I must call after the 1st July. I called today to be told it hasn't been closed...i must call back on 5 July. What the hell??????? Why can't direct access just close this account and give me confirmation. It's all one big ****
