Refuse to close account
I have settled the balanced with them on the 10 October and I was told the account will be closed on 19 October when I called after they keep on saying it's in the process, yesterday I was told that the account was supposed to be closed on the 19th but they don't know why it's not closed. I need a letter that proves that the account is closed now I'm losing on a deal because of this. REF: ********** 9875 amount: R58585.41 REF: ********** 0157 amount: R72873.65 Their contact: ********** 545 ********** My contact: ********** 495
I had two loan with them direct axis and wesbank but all fall in one company
