REFUSAL TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO REDUCE INSTALLEMENT
Good day I have sent numerous email and tried contacting you with regards to to making arrangement for a lesser amount on my Personal Loan to which nobody ever comes back to you. Right now my financial situation does not allow me to afford the full amount and instead of running away and changing banks I have been trying to make arrangement without luck. Unfortunately as I have tried so many efforts I am left with the decision not to pay this loan because of your inconsideration.
