Refund on my loan not paid to me and no one is responding to me even after numerous calls and emails.

My loan has been paid up and there was an extra amount paid into my loan which means that my account is in credit and its 2 weeks now I have been requesting for my monies to be refunded and direct axis is just not responding. When I call them they pretend like they dont know what I am talking about. Even their customer service mail box is utterly useless. I want my refund together with interest paid to me for retaining my funds for 2 weeks now.
