Refund not Refunded

4 months ago a loan has been settles with Direct Axis, I requested a refund on the Direct Axis account, also sent through proof of debit order that went off (bank statement) as I was instructed to do.<br> <br> being promises that it would take 5 - 10 working days for the refund, I have been waiting 21 working day.<br> <br> Me making numerous calls and being given the run around or even being told that statements have not been received.<br> <br> after speaking to Zenobia Errington, which I was advised that she is a superior promised to get back to me and never did. <br> <br> I am still awaiting some kind of solution on how to get the fund that belongs to me
