Refund not received from Direct Axis
I'm very frustrated with Direct Axis once again. I have paid my loan account with them in March 2021. On the 6th April 2021 I received an email that there is refund due to me, documents were sent to Direct Axis in the 8th April 2021,they confirmed they were received. Till today as of 29th April 2021 I have not received my refund from them. I have been sending mails and I do not get a definite answer on to when this will be done I very unfair on consumers like us who made means to pay their accounts. I again say I will not recommend Direct Axis services to people I know. Can Direct Axis refund me my money!
