Refund not made promptly by Call Direct. Still waiting. So many excuses.

Disappointed with the information receiced from debt review dept.

I have a credit available to me and my DC has requestesld on my behalfthat the credit redund be paid into my personal account last week already.

I called today and was told theres a train long process for this to take place.

I cant understand the process. When we owe you, you get on your high horse for payment. But when you owe us, its a never ending excuse after another.
