Refund installment
My account was settled on the 25th, my debit order still went off (on the 26th instead of the last day of the month as I've requested previously!) Please refund the installment to my account with immediate effect.
I've sent a request 4 days ago, got a automated Response that someone will get back to me in 2 days... Didn't happen. At this stage I'm at the point of having my debit order reversed because the company is not refunding my installment as asked.
