Refund for unauthorised transactions

This is the worst credit provider I have ever dealt with. They double debited me without notice my account was up to date now they ate now playing hide and seek when it comes to refunding my money. Promised a refund in my account within 24hours by 4 different agents 6days down the line a manager tells me 'Look the refund has been processed ' yet the money is still not in my account. Money they had no authorization to debit in the 1st place. I hate doing busines with Directaxis as they seem to think you have all the time in the world to be calling them to lie to you over and over again.
