Refund due but not received

Axis is great when lending cash but when that take money incorrectly you struggle like crazy to get it bad. It is now 1 month and to date I still don't have my cash back. They debited me after and insurance claim paid them out and now they past the buck every time I call. I spent R 350.00 on calls and data trying to recover my cash. This kind of service it not acceptable.
