Refund due

Loan paid up but you are still deducting I called to confirm if it's paid up ND to ensure there will no longer be any deductions but you still came and deducted on the 23 of December ND when it's time to issue refunds you give me there runaround I've sent up to 12 emails ND yet no assistance
