REFUND DUE

I on the 05th of December 2025 took a personal loan with Direct Axis. All went well and my new loan settled the old loan. On the 15th of December 2025 my debit order went through for loan already settled by new one. I emailed Direct Axis and was told refund will be made within 5/10 days that was email sent to me on the 19th of December 2026. Even now I'm still waiting to get my refund. I wonder what is happening since I trusted Direct and they have been loyal and helpful to me. Please people do your work and don't damage Direct Axis reputation. Sanlam never take long to process refunds. All was done within 3 days. Please with due respect, can I kindly get my refund which I believe has been due long now. Thanks
