Refund

I had a bad experience with direct axis. In August I settled my account with them. And on the 28th of August after I settled my account they deducted the installment , I called them and explain that i settled the account why they deducted the money and they they are going to refund me. In the beginning of September I called them to check how far and they said they need a proof of payment and I was shocked because they deducted the money from account so what proof they need but I sent them my bank account till today no refund and we are in October now no communication nothing. Please help me to get my money from Direct axis as soon as possible.
