Refund

My loan account has a credit balance as i made double payment accidentally about 2 months ago and have than requested a refund. When i called, i was told that i have to send my bank statement and than the refund takes about 10 working days to be done. It has been over 40+ working days that i have since send my bank statement and every time i call they tell me "we investigating the matter". I have spoken to about 5+ consultants and I've been told the same story or cherry on top, they will put me on hold to consult than cut me off.

I have ran out of patience with this company and i can't wait to pay them off and part ways with them. I will never recommend DirectAxis to any of my family members or friends . And i'll never go back to them no matter how desperate i get. Once bitten twice shy!!!
