Refund

I can't believe that I am here again, I once requested a settlement amount and letter, and that was all given to me, and I set a future dated payment to settle this loan on my account, however few days after a further finance was offered to me and I accepted the offer and the old loan account was settled and the remaining balance was paid into my account, Little did I know that the future payment went through after taking this loan, so I am asking for a refund, I have called several times but I am being transferred to one department to another, please assist. <br> <br>
