Reckless lender, poor service provider
Someone used my ID to take a personal loan with Direct Axis. I spoke to Mitchell who handles ***** queries Monday 11/01/2021 and advised me to open a case with Saps. I did that and emailed her the necessary documents but still she hasn't responded. Mind you the loan taken was R116 000 and was approved without proper documentation, confirmation of employment but only ********** payslip was attached. Yes my ID number and Names were used. How can Direct Axis don't follow the right NCR process before approval of loans. Now my credit profile will have negative results. I want that account removed from my profile because their reckless lenders, and I should be contacted asap regarding this account.
