RE: NO ANSWER REGARDING LOAN APPLICATION
On 10/07/2015 I have app**** for a loan via online application. Someone then phoned me to ask a couple of questions regarding the loan. Since then, I have not heard anything from them. Everytime when I phoned, I was told that I a somebody will come back to me,need to be patient as they are still processing. I have even requested call backs from the website, which evidently doesn't work either. I hope that this complaint can be turned into a compliment soon.
