Re Loans Taken on my name without my knowledge
<p>Hi </p> <p>i am trying to and sort out loans that was taken on my name without my knowledge by my twin brother, since feb this year i am contacting Direct Axis ***** department requesting documentation and recorded conversation for loans that was taken out. I was told they would contact me when investigation is done.</p> <p>ID ********** 134082</p> <p> </p> <p>I am taking them to court, howcan Direct Axis approve loans with out documentataion.</p>

I did send an Affidavit in Feb/Mar this year. It is with the ***** department i am not getting any Joy, they insisting that the 2 loans that was put into ABSA is my account when it clearly says Hassen A****aker Ally. I came to know about these loans early this year as the installments that was getting debited from my brothers ABSA account, funds where finished debits where going back, Direct Axis phoned on the house line for the installment.
I was surprised.
