Rather borrow money from a loan shark

I hope I get to save someone from DirectAxis before they try and take up a loan with them. They are without a shadow of a doubt the WORST company to take out a loan with and to make arrangements with regarding your payments and dates. Please just take my word for it, you will be better of borrowing money from a loan shark than with this company. A loan shark will have all their admin and communucation on file somewhere and you won't have to explain yourself to five different people over the course of six months because the previous "consultant" forgot to log your emails and take down the arrangements. Just really, stay away as far as possible from them.
