Quite a regret taking a loan with DirectAxis

It's either those peeps have no idea what they are doing, or they downright don't care. I made some advance payments on my loan. The statements they send are confusing, there's an amount marked "amount due", it's not my monthly repayment value, it's a random number...it's also not the amount I paid in advance, but on their email to me, they say it's the "advance amount". Then there's another amount called "Advance amount", they are ignoring me on that one. I also asked if my advance payments updated my balance, nobody answers, it would be a **** if they didn't update the balance. They are very quick to get to people to take their sky high interest rate loans but do not communicate properly.
