Quick with loans, slow with reimbur*****ts
As usual, companies are so quick to get you the loan, but once you've settled, they ignore your phone calls, emails and they just don't get back to you. I have a credit owed to me from Direct Axis but they are just ignoring me, no email follow-ups as promised, they don't respond to call backs... Seriously, this is so upsetting!!!!

11 Jun 2021, 12:11I have nothing to do with your systems unfortunately, I have sent through my documents last week already and have still not received any response. your customer service is also PATHETIC because I have called in many times, only for the phone to be put down in my ear or to get transferred and the line gets cut then my calls all of a sudden do not get answered. I don't understand why i need to submit a proof of payment after it's been confirmed that my account has been settled and then to get told you will POSSIBLY reimburse me, that is utter *******!! Please get back to me as soon as possible on my money or I will be visiting your offices!!!!
