Still no response out of DirectAxis, In My Opinion rated as the worst customer service ever. I am still waiting after more than a month for a settlement amount. Ayanda has done nothing to help me but ask questions which were not necessary, Why waste more time if I want to settle. Please get someone else to call me since she has not helped me in any way.

03 Jun 2021, 13:19Direct Axis persist in not getting back to me, these warnings to future customers will continue on a daily basis going forward, a new complaint each day should be enough warning for any customer. Ayanda in customer service has called me once and never come back to me
