Putrid!!!
My salary date 24th of each month and this is the 3rd time in a row where Direct Axis presented their debit order earlier than my salary date resulting in unpaid charges on my cheque account.<br> <br> I want these charges refunded to my cheque account and my account on your side amended.<br> <br> Furthermore, please can you move my debit order date for the 30th of each month.<br> <br> I expect a prompt response from your offices and the necessary inspections and/or corrections from qualified personnel.
