Protect you Brand

Gina Nel is still posing as a Loan Application Advisor for DirectAxis and continues to perpetuate *****. This was first brought to your attention in May 2016 and regularly thereafter, and still she operates with impunity.

This does impact on your Brand name and the general public will soon perceive “DirectAxis” as **********, which will destroy the goodwill premium that FNB paid for control of your company.

The ********* also continues to use FNB account numbers.

Your Guide for online ***** does state - “If you’ve been de*****ed……immediately inform the company whose brand was used…..This will enable them to further investigate the case and alert other clients to the ****.”

Your obligation to past, present and future clients is to use the many complaints that you have received and , if reluctant to act upon them then at least, inform you clients.

The person who has been ****med is unfortunately a client of yours and was never warned about Gina Nel?

Hello and thanks for getting in touch.  Unfortunately it is common for ********** to pose as a legitimate brand, it's something that concerns all financial services providers.   Please report the ***** to the police, they will give you a case number and ask you to complete an affidavit. Once you have those send them through to us at ***.  Our anti-***** team investigate every complaint and act immediately to try to shut down the *****.  The more information you can give us the more we can help fight this crime.  Team DirectAxis

Best regards,
