Proof of insurance details

A kind gentleman called me requesting that I provide proof of my insurance on my financed vehicle. I was informed that my failure to do so would lead to limited insurance being added by the financier, which prompted me in emailing the required immediately after conclusion of our conversation. To my horror I received an email a couple of weeks later informing me that due to my non-provision of documents I will now have a forced insurance premium accompanying my account. My follow up call firstly accused me of sending my details to the wrong email, then found my email, and then apologised for their inability to handle their own administration as they have so many emails to attend to! Great, thanks! Perhaps time to give another administrator a shot at doing your work?
