Promises promises

I recently app**** fed pr a loan from Direct axis and was told that the outcome of my application would soon be made known to me . I later received an sms stating that my loan could not be approved. I then tried calling them on the number on the website and got the message that the number does not exist. I then send an email asking for an agent to call back and received an automated response that an agent will contact me within 24 to 48 hours . I'm still waiting for and response whatsoever from them .
