PROBLEMS WITH SETTLEMENT
I have settled my loan on 18 March 2021 but a further debit order was deducted from my account.
I have phoned twice to sort this out but no help is forthcomining.
I have sent 5 emails begging for assistance...
The email address provided to send proof of payment is not taking any emails.
What do I need to do to get help!!!
