prescribed debt still reflecting on all credit bureaus despite being a prescribed debt from Year 2011!!!!

there is a directaxis entry sitting on my profile on all credit bureaus which should have been removed 10 years ago as this is now a Prescribed Debt! Yet, directaxis only closes the account in the Year 2017!!! I think this is totally unfair and frustrating as i am told by the credit bureaus that this cannot be removed by the next 3 years!! this is absolutely not accepted as this is now a Prescribed debt in Year Year 2011 already and direcaxis does not remove this off my profile!!!!!!! which competent ombudsman can i report this to please?
