Prescribed debt
Account handed over to attorney for collections and yet the debt has prescribed. I have raised the matter with MBD attorneys and to date no feedback has been received, I need this account closed and a letter of closure to be sent to me, If not done I will revere the matter to the ombudsman as this is ******* collections. and don't tell me about not discussing the matter with my wife. Discuss with my wife and get this fixed
