Premium Insurance if retrenched issue

My husband was retrenched in 2020 and we requested as per his premium insurance that he receive payment holiday on his account.

At first we struggled between our & the company he worked for lawyers to get the correct documentation that you requested, see documentation & emails attached but the claim never went through for the payment holiday.

The problem we have now is that on ALL of his credit reports it shows that he is a slow payer and he can’t get any credit at any credit provider & he is currently making monthly double payments on this account to get it up to date.

I do not want to get lawyers involved with us & direct axis, I just want his named fixed on the credit bureau’s system because he was retrenched he had premium insurance for when stuff like this happens.

He already received his monthly UIF payments from the government as well so I do not understand why this payment holiday was not granted.

All the proof and documentation required is attached.

Kind Regards Mari Smit

Hi yes we are still busy sorting out the mess with the insurance company.
This is still very upsetting because we signed a contract with Direct Axis and not the insurance company, but we are not getting ANY help from Direct Axis side we still have to follow up with the insurance company ourselves.
We did forward all the necessary documentation to them now again ...

But we want to know who is going to pay back all the interest we have been paying all this time because the of the account being in arrears?
Direct axis have been charging us so much interest on this account because it's in arrears it's insane.
And how will you fix my husbands name at the credit bureau’s because a lot of damaged was done on his credit score?
