Poorest service ever!!!!!
I have been phoning into your customer service to change my debit order date and no one cant seem to assist me, its either they say they will call me back and they dont or they say it is done only to get sms from my bank that the debit order will run on the day that it has always been.....im tired of always have to find money to finance my account so you can debit so that it does not affect my credit record....the last agent i spoke to is Samkelesiwe and she promised to call and never did
