Poorest of service.

The service of Direct Axis is dismally disgusting. I have been trying to resolve a refund for a loan payment made in November last year. Up to today the account cannot be closed because they astonishingly they cannot seem to get all the details required to finalize my refund payment, yet there isn't a document I have not sent, that has all the necessary information. The matter has been "escalated" numerous times whilst I am being sent from pillar to post. Absolutely poor service. With no accountability whatsoever.
